    发火 骂人

    在日常管理中，我很少发火，这2个星期，连续骂了下属2次；
    以后对于一些错误的意识、推委、不负责的态度，坚决采取“零忍耐”；
    严厉的批评，有时，对下属的提升，对团队的面貌，对客户的利益，各方面都有好处。

    希望自己能够坚持以下原则
    1.对事，不对人
    2.不能因为功劳，而掩盖错误
    3.严格要求自己
    4.适度鼓励，适度奖励

    培养人才不容易，培养优秀的人更难，简单做人，认真做事，心态积极，才能成就自己，和别人，加油。
